Many large or secured institutions like hotels, hospitals, government offices, military installations and campuses often take additional delivery time due to size, parking limitations and special delivery or security procedures. Because of these circumstances, and due to the limited time allotted for delivery on this service, our delivery commitment time is 90 minutes later than the selected delivery deadline.
Guaranteed delivery between 8:00 am and 11:00 am to business locations and between 8:00 a.m. and Noon to residential locations, Monday through Friday. Signatures are required for release, though, if access to a destination is available and the package may be left securely, the shipment may be released without a signature unless otherwise specified. Residential shipments may be delivered and released without obtaining a signature.
