What are the hours at ASAP?
We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week but our fully staffed operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Are your process servers employees or independent contractors?
All our process servers are registered, bonded and are employees.
Do you charge more for after hours serves?
Our base fee includes 3 attempts for a flat fee no matter what time of the day the serve is required. Our base rate does not include a specific time request. .

How do you handle a filing out of state or in a area where ASAP doesn’t have a office?
We use affiliates that maintain and support our customer service requirements.
Do you have experienced staff stationed at the courts in CA and which courts?
Yes. We currently have staff in Orange County Central, Los Angeles Central, Riverside Central and San Diego Central courts
Can clients pay their bill by using a credit card?
Yes, we except MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards for payments.
Does ASAP have the ability to provide different types of billing requirements?
Yes, we can provide invoices weekly, biweekly and monthly either through paper, email or disk billing. Contact your account representative to discuss your needs.
