    Norco Delivery Services

In 1957, Full City Delivery Service was established with one truck. Business started to relocate to North Orange County and the addition of seven more trucks by 1961 created Norco Delivery Service.

By 1968, Norco was appointed a contracted (ACI) air freight cartage company. In an effort to broaden the customer base, the company augmented its Mail & Courier Division by the acquisition of 15 year old Ajac Mail Delivery. Eventually Desmond Mail Delivery and Western States Courier were purchased to make Norco Delivery the largest courier and mail delivery company in Southern California.

In January of 1998, Norco Delivery Services expanded service into San Diego with the purchase of Action Courier, joining our other offices in Los Angeles and Orange counties. Action brings 20 years of experience to the Norco family, which can now boast 140 combined years of service in the courier industry.

The Mail & Courier Division for Norco, Desmond and Western States currently handles approximately 1800 contracted customers for delivery and pickup of U.S. mail and scheduled daily couriers. The 400 plus routes per day service the constantly growing Orange County and L.A. market. The courier geographic base includes Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Ventura counties, as well parts of Northern California.

The Messenger Division was established to provide our customers with immediate delivery needs. Instant service became available throughout Southern California, from an envelope to thousands of pounds. Current competitive pricing and marketability of messenger service make this area a strong target for future growth.

In addition to the Messenger Division, Norco established a B2B (Business To Business) overnight delivery and Presort Division to meet the growing demands of our clients. These additional services continue to grow and offer our clients money saving advantages.

As Norco continues with its expansion, the need to relocate its corporate headquarters became a necessity. In 1999, Norco was successful in purchasing a building located in Anaheim that will not only accommodate its current needs, but offers substantial growth possibilities for the future.
