Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
Can I combine my points with other users?
While points are issued to each specific Loyalty Member, when you redeem your points for a voucher you can combine your voucher(s) with anyone else and collectively purchase a gift of greater value.
Can I use my voucher for a gift of greater value and pay the difference?
Yes, those who receive a voucher may select any item from the list of available gifts and add it to their personal shopping cart. When it comes time to check out, the difference can be paid with a credit card.
Does Norco fulfill the actual gifts ordered?
Norco calculates and processes each Loyalty Member’s points and issues vouchers that correspond to the redemption value, but the actual gifts are fulfilled by our third party loyalty program partner.
Can I earn Reward Points by just having a Norco account?
No. In order to begin accumulating reward points you must first sign up and create a Loyalty Member profile. This profile is separate from your online shipping profile.
Can I log in with my existing online shipping username and password?
While the Loyalty Member profile is separate from your online shipping profile, you can create a login using the same email and password.
Do I have to track my shipping numbers like the old Cookie Program?
No. The new Loyalty program will automatically track your shipping activity and post your earned points to your My Loyalty page once your invoice has been paid.
How are the points calculated?
Points are earned based on the revenue generated for each shipment, less any fuel surcharge or advanced fees.
What is the minimum number of points I need before I can redeem them for a reward?
A minimum of 1,000 points need to be earned before points can be available for redemption. Points can be redeemed in increments of 500 after the first 1,000 points have been earned.
Do you still offer Pepperidge Farm Cookies, Coffee or Tea as a reward?
Due to the extreme popularity and resource challenges of our former “Cookie” program, also known to some of the early veterans as Dozen for Dozen and later as Sweet 16, we had to move to a more automated system. While the cookies, coffee and tea are no longer part of the primary offering, the new more robust rewards program allows members to choose from a list of gifts that is far more extensive than just food and coffee. In addition, account holders no longer have to track their shipment numbers as this is now done automatically.
Can I earn Reward Points for all orders?
Reward points are only available for users of Norco’s
online enabled products. Actual points will only be issued to registered users who generate shipments for through one of the Company’s online shipping programs and is subject to the
Company’s Terms & Conditions Policy.
